Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity, Cargo Manifests, and other relevant paperwork.
Communication and co-ordination between the ship, terminal, agents, and other relevant
parties. Monitoring cargo loading/unloading operations and ensuring compliance with
all relevant port regulations.
