Charter vessels specifically designed for carrying liquid bulk cargo. We work with vessels of all sizes from handy, handymax to VLCC in bulk trade based on the type of liquid being transported.

  1. Vessel fixing: Securing the most suitable ship to transport liquid bulk cargoes such as oil, chemicals, or liquefied gases. Negotiating and agreeing on various terms and conditions between the charterer and the owner of the vessel.
  2. Pre-fixture: Effective coordination and attention to detail in vessel selection, negotiation,  voyage planning and risk assessment stages to help streamline the entire chartering process and promote positive outcomes for all parties involved.
  3. Charter Party Negotiation: Negotiating the terms of charter parties between the shipowner and the charterer, including details on cargo quantity, loading and discharge ports, freight rates. 
  4. Laytime  and demurrageMonitoring laytime, demurrage calculations, and ensuring timely return of equipment to avoid additional costs.
  5. Post Fixture Operations: Document management including handling Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity, Cargo Manifests, and other relevant paperwork. Communication and co-ordination between the ship, terminal, agents, and other relevant parties. Monitoring cargo loading/unloading operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant port regulations.
  6. Claims and Dispute Resolution: Handling any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise during transportation and working towards their resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Arbitration and mediation: Provide a comprehensive approach to conflict resolution, offering parties the opportunity to tailor the process to their specific needs while seeking efficient and effective solutions to disputes.
  8. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and freight rates to make informed decisions about liquid bulk chartering opportunities.
